  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the renewable energy or HVAC sector.
  • Strong understanding of Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • UK driving license and access to own vehicle.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented ASHP Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality air source heat pumps (ASHPs) to domestic customers. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct in-depth customer needs assessments and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, installers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes and materials.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and build brand awareness.
