Employees are valued and supported with: • Salary Range: $121K – $203K (includes 35–45% bonus) • 401(k): 50% employer match up to 10% of compensation • Travel: ~20%, primarily U.S. and Canada • Relocation to Raleigh: Yes or REMOTE • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance with low out-of-pocket costs • 401(k) Retirement Plan with a 50% company match on contributions up to 10% of salary • Professional Development Opportunities Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related) • 5+ years of automation and/or controls systems experience • Knowledge of PLC, VFD, SCADA, and related automation technologies • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable advocating solutions to customers • Thorough understanding of control system design and coding • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously • Background in sales and customer service with commercial expertise • Demonstrated experience solving complex automation challenges • 1+ year in a sales role, or 5+ years in applications engineering with customer interface and financial project involvement
