Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and grow B2B sales opportunities for Adwaa Factory’s electrical products. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into successful projects. Conduct client visits, meetings, and presentations to consultants, contractors, and corporate buyers. Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability. Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers. Track, manage, and report sales pipeline progress regularly to management. Maintain long-term business relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend new strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project delivery. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical products, lighting, or power solutions. Strong record of successful project sales and business development achievements. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory). Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and result-oriented. Knowledge of the Saudi market and clients in the electrical sector is preferred.
