· Ability to learn equipment specifications, technical knowledge and conduct site surveys – training will be provided.
· Strong IT, communication, organisation and relationship skills.
· Must have driving license and ideally live in the western half of NI.
We are keen to find someone with an engineering background, to join as a Field Sales Engineer.
You will learn this company’s products & services, then sell solutions to new and existing manufacturing clients in your area, which is west of the Bann River, in NI.
· You will grow business within your area by sourcing new sales opportunities and increase market share and sell across the full suite of products & services on offer.
· Equipment sales could range from £500 - £1m+, service contracts could range from £1000 - £300k+. A new sale could grow from selling spares or service work, to building longer relationships and selling a full replacement equipment in time.
· Help convert pay-as-you-go customers, towards service contract customers.
· Learn products, so you can produce a high level of product & systems technical knowledge to clients.
· Provide a solutions sales approach, advising clients of best fit and energy efficient products, to meet their needs.
· Provide proposals and quotations to new and existing clients – sales admin team will support you.
· Work with other teams to transfer from leads – quote – sales – delivery – installation – payment.
· Conduct site surveys, gather current equipment data plates, investigate site operations, identify energy reduction opportunities and present solutions.
