Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and technically savvy Sales Engineer to join our team in Rotterdam, Netherlands. As the Sales Engineer for the Benelux region, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by combining your technical expertise with strong sales skills to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Benelux region, understanding their technical needs and providing tailored solutions Collaborate with the engineering team to customize products and services to meet client requirements Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations Provide technical support and training to clients on our products and services Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies for the Benelux market Travel within the Benelux region to meet clients and attend industry events Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in the industry Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role, preferably in the Benelux region Strong technical knowledge of engineering products and services Excellent sales and negotiation skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Outstanding presentation and communication skills Fluency in English and Dutch; knowledge of French and/or German is a plus Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Experience in building and maintaining client relationships Familiarity with Benelux market dynamics and business practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel frequently within the Benelux region Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs Department: Sales CPI
