Will manage a CRM database (Salesforce exp is preferred). Your goal is to maximize sales potential through developing and maintaining customer relationships.           Create and maintain customer profiles.              Identify growth opportunities on assigned accounts and new accounts.             Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.     Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for their assigned account list, maximizing customer engagement in each program.             Participate in account reviews for their assigned customer list.              Provide input to Wholesale Management and Product Management on products to be stocked and levels needed.       Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills.             Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers.               Learn and utilize internal industry leading technology offerings.              Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning, as well as attend networking events.               Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow account list. Other duties assigned as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelors degree is preferred. The ideal sales candidate will have 1-5 years of proven experience in a sales position. Knowledge of HVAC equipment is a huge plus. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suites. Will be comfortable using a CRM and other software daily; Will be able to conduct customer follow ups regularly through system, phone, email and in person.            Highly energetic, motivated self-starter with strong work ethic.               Proactive and resourceful in an autonomous work environment.            Must be results, detail, and team oriented.         Excellent customer service skills.           Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.    Possess excellent organizational skills. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
