Job Description Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned territory. Conduct product testing and present value propositions to customers. Resolve customer issues and provide monthly status reports to Line Manager Optimize concrete mix designs in collaboration with customers and technical teams. Gather information from the market and customer related to demand, performance required and financial status. In charge of coordinating information and documentation between Sika Vietnam and external stakeholder (customer, owner, etc.) Co-ordinate with other departments such as: Pricing, Credit, Customer Service, Finance to ensure that quotes, contract, debts, delivery, dispenser, after delivery services are aligned with Sika policies. Achieve both short and long-term sales goals. Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any related field of studies, candidates with Construction/Chemical background is an advantage. Minimum 2 years' experience in Building Materials/Chemical industry, especially in Concrete industries. Good organizational and communication skills. Able to work independently and in a team environment. Able to travel when required.
