• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share and strengthen brand presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive sales efforts and effective account management.
• Manage and coordinate sales administrative processes, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and handling documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Engineering and Logistics to ensure project or fulfilment timelines are met.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records using internal systems and CRM tools.
• Track performance metrics, analyze market trends, and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Assist in organising internal sales meetings, client visits, and company events.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure compliance with credit terms.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency and enhance customer experience
