Description:
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven knowledge and experience with construction chemical products, including waterproofing, flooring, concrete repair, and tile adhesives & grout.
- Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the building materials or construction chemicals sector.
- Strong ability to self-motivate, multi-task, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and enthusiastic character with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including waterproofing subcontractors, main contractors, and project consultants.
- Promote and specify our range of products such as waterproofing solutions, tile adhesives & grout, concrete repair materials, flooring products, etc., to consultants as the preferred solution to enhance the durability and lifespan of structures.
- Identify potential business opportunities and pursue them by contacting prospective clients and exploring new avenues for sales.
- Maintain a daily updated project list and identify projects that offer sales potential for our product range.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations to consultants and contractors, understand their needs, and propose suitable technical solutions using our products.
- Participate in weekly internal sales meetings to align on sales goals and strategies with the Area Sales Manager.
- Provide monthly sales forecasts to ensure adequate inventory and capacity planning.
- Offer suggestions for new product developments and improvements when applicable.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring consistent and reliable service.
