Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in window treatments, blinds, shades, or related industries.
  • Experience with motorized window treatments and home automation systems is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of blinds, shades, and related products, including installation and customization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CAD software or similar tools to create technical drawings for custom solutions.
  • Familiarity with home automation systems and motorized blinds would be an asset.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and develop relationships with architects, designers, builders, contractors, and end customers to promote and sell blinds, shades, and other window treatment products.
  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions from our product range.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales to achieve sales targets.
  • Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge:
  • Understand the technical specifications of blinds, shades, and other window treatments, including motorized and manual systems.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our solutions.
  • Provide on-site consultations to assess customer needs, take accurate measurements, and suggest custom design solutions.
  • Project Management:
  • Collaborate with the installation and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of products.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, technical drawings, and installation plans.
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure customer satisfaction from sale through installation.
  • Customer Service:
  • Address client queries and provide post-sales support to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Offer guidance on care, maintenance, and additional product offerings.
  • Market Research & Reporting:
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitors.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor activity.
