POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise in thermal systems and sales experience to provide exceptional support to our clients in the boiler and heat exchanger markets. This role focuses on driving sales growth by understanding customer needs and offering solutions that enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs for boiler, heat exchanger, and thermal systems.
  • Provide technical product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the thermal systems industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role in the boiler, heat exchanger, or thermal systems industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of boiler systems, heat exchangers, and steam systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
