Your mission About Didit: We are one of the fastest-growing identity companies in the world, redefining industry standards with an open, flexible, and radically more affordable platform. Our product, superior to existing alternatives, combines advanced biometric technology with unique features like free unlimited KYC and Reusable KYC. We enable businesses to activate — with a single click or via a pre-paid credits model — an entire catalog of premium services (AML, advanced liveness, age estimation, proof of address, phone verification, NFC, white‑label UI, etc.). Didit is backed by Y Combinator. Your Mission: As a Sales Engineer at Didit, you sit at the intersection of sales and technology. You are the person who turns a promising conversation into a signed deal by making our platform undeniably real to prospects. You will join sales calls as the technical authority, answer the integration questions on the spot, and partner closely with the Sales team to move deals forward. But your scope goes beyond presales: you will also be the internal technical reference for the Sales and Customer Success team ensuring every commercial conversation is backed by deep product knowledge. You will report directly to the CEO. Key responsabilities: Presales Technical Support: Join discovery and demo calls alongside Sales team, acting as the product and integration expert who can address technical objections, integrations, and adapt the pitch to the prospect's stack. Internal Technical Enablement: Be the go-to resource for the Sales team on integration questions — SDKs (Web, iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter), workflow configuration, webhooks, and session management — so no deal slows down for lack of technical clarity. Custom Demos & POCs: Build tailored proof-of-concept environments and sandbox demos that reflect the prospect's specific use case (KYC onboarding, AML screening, age estimation, NFC verification, white-label flows, etc.). Solution Design: Translate prospect requirements into concrete integration recommendations — whether via the JavaScript SDK, native mobile SDKs, workflows, or direct API — and hand off a clear implementation plan to the client's dev team. Feedback Loop: Systematically capture recurring technical objections, feature gaps, and integration pain points and relay them to the Product and Engineering teams to drive roadmap decisions. Post-Sale Transition: Collaborate with the Customer Success team during the handoff phase to ensure technical context is transferred smoothly and the client's integration starts without friction. Language Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish. Soft Skills: Exceptional active listening skills and a "client-first" mentality. Mindset: Strong ownership and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced startup environment. Profile: Ambitious, proactive, and results-driven with a desire to grow within the company.
