Description
A.Implement the sales plan develop for channels, accounts and end users assigned to achieve planned goals. Implement customers plan visit defined by management (presential) to ensure increase business relationship with customers, new opportunities identification and alert of competitors actions. B. Deliver to Dominican Republic and Regional management quarterly, monthly and weekly booking forecast base on market inputs to meet commitments and feed rest of organization processes. D. Implement all required actions to ensure Standard Marging defined for his market in Profit Plan. E.Be aware of and responsive to market conditions and competitive activities, and communicate such information to top management and marketing. F.Maintain a teaming, cooperative and credible working relationship with other company personnel to assure customer satisfaction. G.Manage the allocated budged of sales expenses and maximize it use to growth the business, ensure expense reports deliver in a timely manner. H.Prepare and present bids and quotations to customers using company price and delivery guidelines, and use sound business judgment to enhance margins. I.Support total quality effort by providing timely and accurate information for order entry J.Provide necessary reports and surveys requested by management in a timely manner. K.To comply with the responsibilities of the position in relation with MESH and EQS Management Systems L.Implement marketing programs/initiatives developed to grow in El Salvador market. LI-AR7 Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electromechanical or Electronic Engineering Desirable degree in business administration with an emphasis in management Advance knowledge of English language (Oral and Written)
