REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics)
• Minimum 2 years technical sales experience, preferably capital equipment sales to Electronics and Semiconductor industries
• Possess good presentation, negotiation, planning and coordination skills
• Candidate who possess a valid class 3 license with own vehicle will have added advantage
• Ability to work independently under minimum supervision and in a team environment

• Drive sales performance to achieve sales targets (AOP) across assigned and new accounts, solutions, products ( ie. electronics assembly products ) and services
• Manage and work closely with stakeholders in assigned countries to achieve sales growth, market share and margins.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders (ie. customers, principals, vendors, etc.) to enhance customer experience and optimize sales efforts.
• Conduct evaluation for system, parts and materials with customers
• Possess drive, initiative and attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured
• Ensure the consistent implementation of company strategies, policies, tools, and processes at the local level in alignment with global standards.
• Contribute to building the company’s market awareness and leadership position through customer-centric and strategic engagement.
