We’re on a thrilling journey to double our business in Benelux by 2027, and we need a creative Sales Engineer to help us get there. In this role, you’ll turn complex challenges into elegant, automated solutions that power some of the world’s most advanced warehouses. You’ll be the vital bridge between our sales managers, technical experts, and visionary customers - transforming bold ideas into real-world automation systems. From analyzing customer data and crafting tailor-made solutions, to supporting sales teams and delivering proposals that wow, you’ll play a key role in shaping projects from the very first enquiry all the way through to handover.
For this role specifically we are open to a more junior profile with ambition.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • In case no bachelor’s degree, 3 years of logistics engineering is considered an equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales or business development.
  • Data-driven person who is strong with numbers.
  • Knowledge of intralogistics and/or complex logistics flows.
  • Good technical understanding.
    Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch is preferred.

Transform complex customer challenges into elegant, automated solutions.

Be the Bridge:

  • Act as the crucial link between Sales Managers, technical teams, and external suppliers.
  • Support the sales team in winning exciting projects across diverse industries.

Interface with customers to understand their wildest automation dreams (and make them reality).

Drive Results:

  • Process customer enquiries and turn them into game-changing proposals.
  • Prepare project calculations, schedules, and presentations that wow clients.
  • Maintain CRM/ERP systems and support marketing activities that showcase our innovations.

Shape Projects:

  • Support sales projects from initial enquiry all the way to handover - seeing your designs come to life!
  • Coordinate ongoing processes and document the journey from concept to reality.
  • Contribute to developing better delivery processes and industry best practices.
