Job Description The Sales Engineer will: Market mapping and intel to generate leads and opportunities within the O&G and Power Generation Sectors. Work on sales within the Company Business Unit of Engineering and Solutions (Instrumentations). Manage the entire sales process in the allotted vertical with ability to work multi-disciplinary portfolio. Assist the Sales Team in the Business Unit, in executing and achieving sales targets and meeting business plans. Supporting the team for the business growth at the business unit level and the Company. Client Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the allotted sector, understanding their requirements. Technical Sales Provide technical expertise related to our business segment of Instrumentations and Engineering Solutions, guiding clients through product selection based on their specific needs. Proposal Development Provide all-inclusive details (technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines) to support the estimation team to prepare comprehensive proposals. Market Analysis Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify new business/technology opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Collaboration Work closely with internal teams, including proposal, engineering, Sales Order management, and product development, to ensure successful completion of sales process and customer satisfaction.. Customer Support Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and aftersales Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, with 05 Years minimum in the Oil & Gas and Power Generation Sectors. Affinity and familiar with Engineering, Process and Technology aspects in the business. Additional Information Experience Requirements: Experience level: 05 years in UAE or Middle East. Minimum 03 years as Sr. Sales Engineer level in similar business or industry. Should have valid UAE driving license and own car. HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. Skills & Professional Requirements: Proven experience in technical sales, in the Instrumentation and Engineering Solutions related to O&G sector. (Field Instrumentation, Flare Meter, UFM Flowmeters, Valves, Fittings) Strong market understanding and Solid connection with EPC and Developers in the O&G and Power Generation sectors in the UAE. Attributes and Behaviours: Business acumen and commercial understanding of work and processes. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, customers and clients. Excellent personality with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office products, and CRM applications.
