We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about reducing carbon emissions in the built environment through intelligent energy management. Our solution, ENX™ Sustainability AI, enables seamless integration of IoT sensors and intelligent controls to:

  • Monitor and optimize energy usage
  • Optimize ACMV, lighting, and plug loads
  • Manage air quality, occupancy, and water quality
  • Monitor data center infrastructure
  • Provide real-time sustainability KPI reporting

With a modular architecture, ENX™ can be deployed as a cloud-based Building Management System (BMS) for new projects, or as an Energy Management System (EMS) for offices and warehouses, integrating easily with existing infrastructure. Our customers have achieved up to 40% reduction in energy consumption.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of outside sales experience, preferably in building services or enterprise software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; passionate about technology, self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to travel within Singapore and Johor, Malaysia. Preferably with own transport and valid driving license.

Responsibilities
  • Pre-Sales & Closing: Engage prospective clients (building owners and facility management teams) to understand technical requirements, sustainability goals, and budget constraints. Identify key decision-makers and their objectives. Collaborate with the Design Engineering team to scope and refine proposals. Present solutions, emphasizing benefits, technical capabilities, and alignment with client needs. Negotiate technical and commercial terms, close deals, and coordinate with the Field Engineering team for implementation. Track progress in CRM software.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with building owners and facility management teams. Identify opportunities for upselling and future projects. Secure contracts for SaaS renewals from existing clients.
