We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai and drive growth across our Oil & Gas portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or related discipline.
  • 4–6 years of proven sales experience in the UAE Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fasteners, explosion-proof boxes, glands, and lighting solutions.
  • Excellent network of contacts within Oil & Gas companies, EPC contractors, and distributors in the UAE.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of international standards (ASTM, DIN, ANSI, IEC, ATEX, etc.).
  • Established client network within oil & gas, EPC contractors, or industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a driven and technically skilled Sales Engineer with proven experience in fastener sales, mechanical products (flanges, fittings, etc.), and oil & gas electrical and mechanical solutions such as junction boxes, lighting systems, and cable glands. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients in the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and grow sales in fasteners, mechanical products, and oil & gas-related solutions.
  • Develop and manage relationships with Oil & Gas clients, EPC contractors, and industrial customers.
  • Promote and sell products including fasteners, explosion-proof boxes, glands, and explosion-proof lightings.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
  • Handle client enquiries, prepare and follow up on technical/commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and delivery follow-up.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
