JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in fire alarm and fire fighting systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales within the fire safety industry. This role involves promoting and selling fire alarm and fire fighting systems, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Any degree or diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or technical support within the fire alarm and firefighting systems industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license or willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fire alarm and fire fighting systems market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, consultants, and end-users.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting fire safety solutions effectively.
  • Technical Support:

  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate systems.
  • Proposal Preparation:
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and tender documents in response to client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing timely solutions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure successful project implementation and after-sales support.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the technical, project management, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
