JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specification Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product specifications with architects, consultants, and contractors to position our acoustic plaster ceiling systems as the solution of choice in high-profile projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of +5 years of experience in specification or technical sales roles, preferably in the building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of acoustic products, specifically monolithic seamless plaster ceiling systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships with stakeholders in the construction and design industry.
  • Familiarity with local construction codes and standards is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, acoustic consultants, and contractors to drive specifications for monolithic seamless acoustic plaster ceilings.
  • Product Specification: Develop and deliver technical presentations, specifications, and product demonstrations to design professionals and decision-makers.
  • Project Tracking: Identify and follow up on potential projects to ensure our solutions are included in the project specifications.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support on product applications, benefits, and installation processes.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for product placement and differentiation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition from specification to sales conversion.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records of specifications, project progress, and client interactions using CRM tools.
