Description:

The Sales Engineer - Fit-Out will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing client relationships for our fit-out projects. This position requires a combination of technical expertise and sales acumen to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs, ensure project success, and contribute to the overall growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fit-out projects, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of market trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales engineering, particularly in the fit-out industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fit-out materials, systems, and design principles.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fit-out sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
  • Conduct sales presentations and prepare proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Technical Consultation and Solution Design:
  • Provide technical expertise and consultation on fit-out solutions, including materials, design, and construction techniques.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored fit-out solutions.
  • Develop detailed technical specifications and drawings in coordination with the design and engineering teams.
  • Project Management and Coordination:
  • Oversee the entire fit-out process from initial consultation to project completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers, designers, and contractors, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes that arise.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Customer Support and After-Sales Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
