Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the elevator, escalator, or similar construction-related industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of elevator and escalator products, systems, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sales software.
  • A minimum of [3-5] years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on elevator and escalator systems or related construction/engineering industries.
  • Have Experience in Saudi and U.A.E

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in the elevator/escalator industry.
  • Familiarity with CAD or similar technical drawing software.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Development: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for elevator and escalator systems. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Client Consultations: Provide technical support and consultative selling to customers, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate and explain the technical features, benefits, and advantages of the company’s elevator and escalator products.
  • Proposals & Quotations: Prepare detailed sales proposals, technical drawings, and cost estimates for clients. Ensure timely and accurate submission of quotes.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with the project management team to ensure successful installation and commissioning of elevator and escalator systems. Monitor progress and address any concerns.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
  • Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to customers after the sale, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to deliver customized solutions and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Training & Development: Continuously update knowledge on new products, technologies, and industry standards.
  • Deep understanding of elevator and escalator systems, including design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with various elevator and escalator technologies, including machine room-less systems (MRL), hydraulic, and traction elevators.
