Galadari Energy Solutions (GES) – UAE Sales Engineer – Dubai – Al Quoz relocating to Dubai Industrial City (DIC) The Role We are currently looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Engineer to join our growing team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts and promoting our power generation solutions across the UAE market. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new sales opportunities across various industries Manage and grow relationships with existing customers Prepare technical and commercial proposals Conduct client meetings, site visits and product presentations Achieve sales targets and support overall business growth Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction Requirements Arabic speaker is essential Valid UAE driving license is required, this role requires travel across the region. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field preferred Sales experience within power generation, heavy equipment, construction or automotive sectors Strong communication and negotiation skills Commercially focused with a passion for sales Willingness to learn and develop within the power generation industry if coming from a related sector What We need from you We are seeking motivated individuals who are confident engaging with clients, technically capable and eager to grow their career within a leading energy solutions provider. Prior power generation experience is an advantage, but candidates from heavy equipment, construction or automotive industries are highly encouraged to apply.
