Summary We are seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer to join our team in Greensburg, PA. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to drive our mission of delivering top-notch tungsten carbide solutions to our clients. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for quality and service excellence. Responsibilities Communicate with clients to understand their needs, to develop accurate estimates that meet requirements. Review schematics, technical drawings, and data to ensure accuracy. Enter orders into the ERP system, monitor order status, and provide technical support as needed. Ensure all customer estimates and orders are complete, accurate, and delivered on time. Develop strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Qualifications Experience in technical sales preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on machining or machine-related experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide effective solutions. Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking sales activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
