JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Summary:
Sales Engineers are responsible for selling complex scientific and technological products or services to businesses. They work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

Job Responsibility:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other means.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to propose suitable product or service solutions.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
• Provide technical support to customers before and after the sale.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into future product iterations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and spare parts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with different departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
