Description
At Jacobian, we are redefining how radiologists work by uniting proven workflow reliability with cutting-edge AI innovation. Formed from the merger of Fluency for Imaging (FFI) and Smart Reporting, Jacobian is purpose-built to deliver innovation without disruption — empowering radiologists to work faster, safer, and more consistently through next-generation, AI-powered diagnostic reporting. As part of our growth, we are looking for a Sales Engineer to help bring this vision to life by bridging the gap between advanced technology and real-world clinical value. Tasks & Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical resource for the field sales team, acting as a key technical advisor and product advocate throughout the sales process. Drive and manage the technology evaluation stage, ensuring all customer requirements are identified and addressed. Participate in on-site and remote client meetings to assess needs and align technical solutions accordingly. Develop, complete, and update Statements of Work, solution configurations, and technical proposals to meet customer expectations and deadlines. Prepare and respond to RFIs/RFPs and vendor security questionnaires, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams to convey market and technical requirements to Product and Solutions Management. Provide technical training and guidance to the sales organization on the company’s product portfolio. Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve assigned technical sales targets across the U.S. and Canadian markets. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare IT technical sales or sales support experience; background in installations, migrations, systems integration, or operations is a plus. Strong technical understanding of IT services (managed security, cloud computing, virtualization, asset tracking, AI, hosted IP, networking, and telecommunications). Proven success in developing and maintaining client relationships across all stages of the sales cycle. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to find creative, pragmatic solutions. Collaborative, professional, and proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and a results-driven work ethic. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HubSpot (or comparable CRM tools). Ideally located in the Eastern Time Zone, with willingness to travel within the U.S. and Canada up to 20% of the time. Join a fast-growing healthcare technology company at the forefront of AI innovation in radiology. Own meaningful work that impacts radiologists, healthcare systems, and patient outcomes worldwide. Collaborate in a mission-driven, innovative culture built on trust, quality, and purpose. Enjoy flexibility, with adaptable hours and up to 80% remote work within the U.S. or Canada. Competitive compensation and benefits, including health insurance plans, 401(k), and other perks supporting your well-being.
