Job Summary: The role focuses on consultant-driven specification sales for HVAC air distribution and acoustic solutions. The candidate will work closely with MEP consultants, acoustic consultants, architects, PMCs, and HVAC contractors to ensure the company’s products are specified in project designs, approved in tenders, and successfully executed during project implementation.   Key Responsibilities:   1. Consultant Engagement & Product Specification * Develop relationships with MEP consultants, HVAC consultants, acoustic consultants, architects, and PMCs to promote company products. * Work towards product specification in tender documents, design drawings, and BOQs. * Ensure vendor registration and approvals with leading consultants and project management firms. * Conduct technical meetings and design discussions with consultants to ensure correct product selection. 2. Technical Sales & Project Development * Identify and track upcoming HVAC projects through consultant networks and market intelligence. * Generate project enquiries through specification tracking and consultant engagement. * Work with HVAC contractors to convert specifications into confirmed purchase orders. * Maintain an updated project pipeline and opportunity tracking system. 3. Techno-Commercial Proposal & Technical Submittals * Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals based on project BOQs, specifications, and cost analysis. * Review tender documents, HVAC layouts, and technical specifications for compliance with the inputs from Internal Application teams * Prepare and submit technical submittals including drawings, airflow performance data, acoustic data, and compliance certificates with the inputs of Application team 4. Product Portfolio Responsibility & Brand Promotion * Promote and support sales of HVAC Air Distribution and Acoustic Products, including: * Fire Rated Duct Systems * VAV (Variable Air Volume) Boxes * Motorized Smoke & Fire Dampers (MSFD) * Volume Control Dampers (VCD) * Acoustic Louvers * Sound Attenuators / Silencers * Provide technical selection support based on airflow requirements, static pressure, and acoustic performance. * Promote our company brand at multiple platforms including ISHRAE, ASHRAE, FSAI, and RATA events and exhibitions across North India. 5. Engineering & Design Coordination * Coordinate with the design and engineering team for customized product solutions. * Assist in airflow calculations, pressure drop analysis, and acoustic attenuation calculations. * Ensure compliance with international HVAC standards and project specifications. 6. Project Execution & Order Management * Follow up with contractors and clients for order confirmation against submitted quotations. * Ensure proper handover of technical and commercial information to production after order confirmation. * Monitor manufacturing progress and delivery schedules to meet project timelines. 7. Commercial & Receivables Management * Track invoices and payment collections to maintain acceptable Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) levels. * Support commercial teams in contract negotiations * Payment collections & Customer Registration.    Required Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC specialization preferred). 2. 2–4 years of experience in HVAC Technical Sales / Specification Sales. 3. Experience in air distribution, ventilation systems, or acoustic products. 4. Technical Knowledge 1. Strong understanding of HVAC air distribution systems and acoustic control solutions. 2. Ability to interpret HVAC drawings, duct layouts, and airflow design parameters. 5. Knowledge of industry standards such as: 1. ASHRAE 2. SMACNA 3. AMCA 4.
