ABOUT:

AWS Distribution is seeking a results-oriented and technically proficient HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation or HVAC systems, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to develop lasting relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. U.A.E. market experience and a valid driving license are essential for this role.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of sales or technical experience in the U.A.E., ideally within industrial electrical, automation, or HVAC sectors.
  • Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, industrial automation, or related product lines is a strong advantage.
  • Engineering degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
  • Valid U.A.E. driving license is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell HVAC and industrial automation products to both new and existing customers across the U.A.E.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Understand customer requirements and prepare customized proposals and solutions.
  • Create and follow up on quotations, tenders, and project bids to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide technical assistance and after-sales support when required.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and pricing trends.
