SALES ENGINEER - HVAC SERVICE INNOVATIONS

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of HVAC services and retrofit projects.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with technical teams to offer customized solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. (Diploma holders with strong sales and technical skills will also be considered.)
• 5–10 years of experience in HVAC sales within the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE market and customer base.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Valid UAE driving license is a must.
• Ability to work independently, with ambition, flexibility, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
