Job Description In order to strengthen our team in Athens area, we are looking for an ideal Candidate to join our existing successful Team as: SALES ENGINEER INDUSTRIAL CRANES/WLS Tasks in KONECRANES : Sales of industrial cranes equipment in Athens area (specifically Light Equipment Systems) Manage assigned customers, Identify, find and acquire new customers, Be primary contact person for the customers during project execution until commissioning and final payment, maintaining the relationship with existing customers, Following receivables for his projects, Managing the customer data and sales activities in CRM system, ISCIR /CNCIR requirements for hoisting equipment, Attend alone or together with team members, customer visits, and sales closing meetings for new equipment and service. Qualifications Ideal candidate should have/be: A passion for sales and customers! Pleasant appearance, good communicating skills, University degree in electrical or /and mechanical engineering and strong technical knowledge, Strong team spirit, Flexible and adaptive to new and unexpected situations, A proven track record in sales & project management, Systematic approach to sales & delivery process, A strong and credible influencer of his customers, Someone who likes hard work and shows the determination to succeed in a very competitive marketplace, The ability to identify potential opportunities that relate to the overhead crane business, Demonstrated an ability to negotiate to convert opportunities into profitable orders! Able to handle profitable sales process from inquiry to commissioning, A good level of computer literacy, Good level of English (also technical), Like to travel and visit customers, Driving license B.
