Description

The Sales Engineer combines their technical knowledge with sales skills to help customers understand the value of a product or service. They work closely with sales teams and customers to contribute to new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, and overall sales team success.

Responsibilities
  • Manages IT infrastructure, email accounts, roles and IT Assets
  • Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
  • Helpdesk for IT issues
  • Supports on Cybersecurity training and detection and VOIP system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of technical proposals, including product specifications, pricing, and implementation plans
  • Conduct technical assessments and evaluations of customer environments to identify technical challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Deliver demonstrations of the IDScan products to customers or prospects that are interested in solving business problems with our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
