Apt Resources is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our client’s team, a leading provider of industrial metrology solutions in the Middle East located in Dubai. We are looking for a motivated and organized salesperson with industrial sales experience, promote advanced solutions, and drive sales performance. This role involves direct client engagement, proposing tailored solutions, and coordinating product demonstrations and meetings with management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales performance and expanding our client’s market presence in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients in the industrial and manufacturing sector. Understand client needs and recommend suitable metrology and inspection solutions (following training). Organize product demonstrations and technical meetings with internal specialists and management. Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular follow-ups. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage sales activities, leads, and opportunities in a structured manner. Drive sales performance in alignment with company goals. Valid UAE Driving License. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with a proactive approach to client engagement. Comfortable making cold calls and initiating contact with potential customers. Willingness to learn, with full support from the technical and sales team. Basic knowledge or background in mechanical or industrial engineering is a plus. Arabic speaker preferred Salary: 8,000 - 10,000 AED + insurance + car for the first 6 months, with potential for increase based on progress. Full training and technical support.
