Are you passionate about sustainability, energy efficiency, and intelligent industrial solutions? Grundfos is looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our Process & Energy Optimization team in the Benelux region. This is your opportunity to make a real impact by helping industrial customers achieve their Science Based Target initiatives through cutting-edge pump technologies and system solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a sales multiplier and accelerator, supporting regional sales engineers with energy optimization at their customers.
  • Conduct site surveys, utilize Energy Survey and Pump Audit tools, and deliver costed customer reports.
  • Analyze data gathered from inefficient pump systems. Using this data, you will redesign and upgrade the system, considering the mechanical and electrical requirements of the upgrade.
  • Hand over successfully sold projects to the Project Delivery team, who manage the upgrade and installation of your project.
  • Promote Grundfos Advanced Solutions - our intelligent system solutions combining pumps, sensors, controllers, software, and cloud services.
  • Support a wide range of customers, from Industrial End Users, OEM’s and Solution Partners.
  • Collaborate with energy managers, sustainability managers, and facility managers to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales performance, taking corrective actions when needed.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems and customer relationships.
  • Stay ahead of legislative changes and competitor developments.
