Your role The Sales Engineer is employed as a regional Sales Engineer. His major task is to focus on increasing the turnover, profit and market share of the products of employer within the specific territories according to the development plan of the employer. Promotion and selling of the Hongfa product range Continuously build up the good trustful relationship between the customer and Hongfa Sales and technical interface with customers Active and regular prospection for new customer research Follow-up and enlargement of the distribution network Monthly reporting including forecast and project list Yearly budget and action plan Participation to events and exhibitions Your strengths Completed technical studies in the field of industrial engineering or equivalent 3 - 5 years’ experience in promotion and sales in B2B Electronic / Electromechanical components Technical expertise Background in the electromechanical and/or passive components Very strong communication and negotiation skills Good knowledge Microsoft Excel, SAP and CRM are preferred Experience in Energy and Industrial Market Customer Centric Strive oriented and committed for long terms job Fluent or native speaker in the local language and fluent English skills are mandatory, other language skills would be an advantage Here's what you can look forward to Become part of an internationally active organization and make an active contribution to the development of the company with your ideas and experience.
