• Develop strategic sales and marketing plans tailored to assigned territories
• Manage product sales, ensuring pricing aligns with margin targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and distributors
• Provide insights on competitors, market trends, customer behaviors, and distribution channel developments
• Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure product quality and specifications meet customer expectations
• Travel periodically to assigned territories to support market development with distributors and dealers
• Set sales targets and budget forecasts for designated markets
• Guide distributors/dealers with clear direction to meet revenue and profitability goals
• Deliver both marketing and technical support to local partners
• Analyze sales and market performance data to aid senior management in strategic decisions
• Assist customer service in resolving outstanding customer payment issues
