QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the pool construction or facilities management industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pool systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Should have a valid Oman driving license.
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Sales Engineer - AMC will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our maintenance services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role combines technical expertise with strategic sales acumen to develop and promote AMC offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote AMC services to residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and secure contracts for AMC.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate client requirements and prepare tailored AMC proposals.
  • Provide technical advice and solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of AMC services.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of prospects and clients using CRM tools.
