We’re looking for someone to shape up GTM strategies by working with the commercial team on accelerating sales cycles, driving ARR growth and providing expert technical guidance and advice to our target market.
This is the right opportunity for a candidate with 5–6 years of experience in a Sales Engineer or pre-sales role, ideally within a start-up or scale-up environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Engaging Technical Presentations & Demos – Conduct compelling technical presentations, live demos, and webinars to support the commercial team and drive customer engagement.
  • Tailor Pre-Sales Solutions – Provide in-depth technical expertise and customized pre-sales content based on customer needs to strengthen sales efforts.
  • Build Trusted Customer Relationships – Act as a strategic advisor and key technical point of contact for prospects, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Drive Sales Success – Lead discovery sessions, address technical objections, and deliver tailored proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to accelerate deal closure.
  • Translate Customer Insights into Product Improvements – Work closely with the product team to provide actionable feedback, shaping future product development.
  • Be a Thought Leader – Represent the company at webinars, trade shows, and industry events, offering expertise and insights to external and internal audiences.
  • Streamline Technical Evaluations – Optimize the technical evaluation process to enable faster decision-making and shorten the sales cycle.
  • Influence Go-To-Market Strategies – Leverage deep technical knowledge to refine and enhance market positioning and sales strategies.

✅ Experience we expect you to bring to the role

  • Deep technical knowledge in cloud computing concepts and technologies (with strong AWS skills preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and application development frameworks (e.g., Terraform, CDK, Pulumi, Serverless).
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS Solution Architect Associate) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of cloud development processes, dev/test feedback loops, and local cloud development platforms.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continually enhance technical expertise.
  • Experience working in a startup/scale up ecosystem (preferred)
