Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Sales Engineer at MABCO, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying sales opportunities, preparing accurate estimations, and effectively managing client relationships. You will collaborate closely with our project management, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and estimation within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE market.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and practices, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using estimating software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools and technologies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector, focusing on securing contracts for MABCO’s services and solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare comprehensive project cost estimates, considering materials, labour, equipment, and overheads, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Develop and present professional proposals, bids, and quotations to clients, highlighting MABCO’s value proposition and unique selling points.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for their construction requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and value-engineering options that meet client specifications and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Participate in tender processes, negotiations, and contract discussions, striving to secure profitable and sustainable projects for MABCO.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders, and addressing any issues or deviations from the original scope.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales and estimation processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
