Description

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Technical Account Manager/Sales Manager/Sales Engineer in a B2B environment, ideally in any of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
  • A technical background, ideally in mechanics, giving you an edge in understanding our solutions
  • Contract negotiation skills.
  • A track record of delivering results in your past roles.
  • Professional level experience in operational practices, HLT equipment, sales systems (CRM), and MS Office suite.
  • English, fluent proficiency verbal and written (French an asset)
  • Experience with SAP is considered an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline

As a Sales Engineer at Mammoet you won’t just be selling products – you’ll be shaping solutions. Reporting directly to the Sales and Tendering Manager, you’ll be a driving force in our sales team, collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals. You’ll have the unique opportunity to develop innovative sales strategies, analyze market dynamics, and identify new avenues for growth. Your role will involve managing contract negotiations, orchestrating the coordination of sales efforts within Heavy Lifting and Transportation solutions, and being a point of contact for both existing and potential customers.
