Description

Position: Sales Engineer (Acoustic Installation)
Location: UAE (with site/client visits)
Reports to: Sales Manager / Director
Role Overview :
Responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients (consultants, contractors, architects, MEP companies), and coordinating with the technical team to deliver proposals and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new leads through cold calls, networking, LinkedIn, and project databases.
Meet consultants, contractors, and project managers to present solutions.
Coordinate with Acoustic Technical Engineer for BOQs, compliance, and proposals.
Follow up with clients on quotations, negotiations, and approvals.
Maintain CRM records of all leads, meetings, and opportunities.
Support the sales cycle from inquiry → proposal → negotiation → closure → handover.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
2–4 years of experience in construction/MEP/acoustics/building materials sales preferred.
Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
Proactive, extroverted, self-motivated.
UAE driving license preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per mont
