Join Trackunit as a trusted Sales Engineer and support promoting innovation and building lasting customer partnerships. As a skilled technical advisor and internal advocate, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to identify value-driven solutions, validate feasibility, and implement Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Your goal: eliminate technical barriers, streamline the sales process, and set the stage for long-term achievement!
With locations in the hearts of London, ON, Kitchener, ON and Oakbrook IL, we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or in a hybrid/remote model.

WHO ARE YOU IDEALLY?

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with pre-sales, Sales Engineering (Solution Architect/Engineer) or customer-facing roles within the SaaS, IoT, and industrial IoT industries.
• Deep understanding of IoT solutions architecture, protocols, and connectivity technologies such as J1939 CANbus and Modbu.
• Extensive experience in managing the technical components of securing new deals and contributing to the seamless acquisition of strategic accounts and key logos.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinker with a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving and shaping business outcomes.
• Sales-mindset with a focus on becoming the customers trusted technical advisor and guiding them through the process of becoming a Trackunit customer.
• You are curious and have the will to find the root cause to customer’s challenges and needs.
