We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. You will leverage your technical expertise to support the sales process, conduct product demonstrations, and provide exceptional customer service.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Process and mechanical engineering.
  • Experience with food and pharma industries is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Process design and piping system design.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for technology are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Targeting new customers and building relations.
  • Managing projects and team to ensure project are completed within timeline.
  • Must be able to manage shop floor and technicians.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our offerings.
  • Must be able to create and design innovative solutions for customers to solve there purpose.
  • Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and strategy.
  • Manage projects related to product implementation and customer on boarding.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Able to keep track on parts and inventory required for project.
  • Must have knowledge of industrial automation and process designing.
  • Must be able to read and generate P&IDs
  • Must be able to read electrical schematics.
  • Understanding project requirements and ordering parts as per the requirements.
