Your responsibilities Work side-by-side with the sales manager to craft and execute sales tactics that hit the mark. Address and resolve any commercial or tactical challenges directly with the sales manager, keeping the process smooth and on track. Oversee and coordinate all sales engineering deliverables from the very first bid to the final handover, ensuring everything is aligned and delivered on time. Bring in the right technical experts to help you create the most effective and innovative conceptual designs for our clients. Stay true to the sales strategy by taking the initiative and driving actions that align with our overall goals. Juggle multiple projects across various sales phases without missing a beat, ensuring everything moves forward seamlessly. Lead an internal support team including procurement, planning, concept design, and controls to ensure everyone is working towards the same vision. Listen closely to customer needs, analyse their requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions. Ensure that every procedural step is followed on time, adhering strictly to our sales process checklists, so nothing falls through the cracks. About the team The department you will be working in focusses on the development of the Global Parcel segment. We are looking for a Sales Engineer to strengthen and grow our team. What do we ask from you? You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or logistics engineering. You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience. You are analytical, with a knack for solving logistics challenges. You are fluent in English, and if you speak German, or a second other language that’s a bonus! What we offer This position offers a competitive salary range of € 4.300 to € 5.900 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
