JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recognize and promote new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Drive pre-sales, manage inquiries and submit timely and professional responses to client RFQ.
  • Build a client base by identifying potential new clients.
  • Organizes new client meetings and manages existing client relationships.
  • Offering after-sales support and services to the customers.
  • Keeping track of and documenting client contact information; managing client accounts.
  • Achieving monthly goals established by the firm; meeting sales targets.
  • Provide accurate market information through weekly sales reports and consolidated monthly sales reports.
  • Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Collaborate as a team with the sales department; fulfil team goals by completing relevant tasks as required.
  • This role requires technical and commercial experience, strong personality, motivation and the ability to effectively communicate and handle clients.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Two years of industry sales experience
  • Familiarity with office ERP software and phone systems
  • Industry: Engineering Services
  • Driving License: Must
