Position Overview: We are looking for a customer-facing Sales Engineer to support our growing European sales team. This role is the technical right hand of our Account Executives across Europe - working closely with sales to drive deals forward through clear messaging, strong demos, and trusted customer engagement. The ideal candidate is based in the Nordics or the Netherlands, with easy access to major transportation hubs, and is comfortable operating across multiple countries, cultures, and languages. Who You Are You are comfortable in front of customers — not just explaining technology, but making it clear, relevant, and compelling. You know how to translate complexity into clarity, and how to support sales teams in high-stakes conversations. You are technically strong — but what truly sets you apart is your ability to communicate, demonstrate, and build trust quickly. Based in Nordics or the Netherlands (strong preference for proximity to major airports) Fluent in English + at least one local language (Swedish / Norwegian / Dutch – strong advantage) Additional European languages - a strong plus 4–6 years of experience in Sales Engineering / Pre-Sales roles Key Responsibilities: Sales Partnership Act as the technical partner for Account Executives across Europe Support multiple deals across different countries simultaneously Align technical solutions with customer needs and mission Product Demonstrations (Core Focus) Deliver high-quality, tailored product demos across different markets Adapt messaging to different audiences and cultural contexts Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and technical validations Customer Engagement Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Represent Toka in a professional, credible, and clear manner Build trust quickly in diverse environments Technical Expertise Serve as a subject matter expert on Toka’s platform Support RFPs, proposals, and technical discussions Provide feedback to Product and R&D from the field What Makes You Stand Out You know how to own the room during a demo You can shift between countries, languages, and audiences with ease You are not just technical — you are a key driver of the sales process You make complex technology feel simple, relevant, and actionable Requirements Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in Sales Engineering / Pre-Sales Strong experience in customer-facing technical roles Proven ability to deliver impactful demos Excellent communication skills - ability to simplify complex concepts Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures Willingness to travel frequently across Europe Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance (country-dependent) Technical Background: Cybersecurity experience (strong advantage) Familiarity with: Linux / Networking Cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) Virtualization/containers Advantages null
