Description
Key Responsibilities: Proactively develop OEM customers in Malaysia, drive new business hunting, build targeted customer connections for project cooperation, provide full-process solutions covering product matching and pricing quotation, and achieve the annual AOP sales target. Develop multiple channels and manage relations with key stakeholders to expand the network; Responsible for tracking, bidding, signing orders and information collection of projects, managing the project pipeline; Cooperate with design institution and industrial agents to bid for projects; Work with marketing team to build up company branding. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering or equivalent. Experience: 3-5 year engineering sales experience (focus on project-based business). Sales experience in semiconductor/ data center/ pharma industry or Air Moving product is preferred. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Business Acumen: Ability to balance technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset. Networking: Established relationships in the AHU Manufacturing, Semiconductor Sector, Data Centre Sector are a plus.
