We are currently hiring for a SALES ENGINEER (Facilities Management) to be based in Abu Dhabi.
Job Description:
➤ Generate and convert leads into business opportunities
➤ Understand client requirements and propose tailored FM solutions
➤ Coordinate with BD team on strategic alignments and campaigns
➤ Prepare and submit technical/commercial proposals and tenders
➤ Track performance through reports and CRM tools
➤ Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Qualifications:
✓ 3–5 years of sales experience in Facilities Management (FM) – preferably in Abu Dhabi
✓ Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and ERP sales tools
✓ Experience in preparing sales logs, proposals, RFPs, and documentation
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
