REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of sales experience in valves, flow control equipment, or similar technical products.
  • Strong knowledge of marine and oil & gas industry standards and operations.
  • Proven track record in B2B industrial sales with technical understanding of valves and piping systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Independent, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow business in the Marine, Offshore, and Oil & Gas sectors with a focus on valve and flow control products.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and cultivate strong, long-term relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
  • Understand customer requirements, project specifications, and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Liaise with internal engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and competitor activities.
