Description

Excellent opportunity to join a dynamic sales team working for an industry leader in the Building Automation industry. You will complement this growing branch by utilizing effective lead generation techniques, as well as selling HVAC building automation controls to consultants, specifying engineers, general contractors, and mechanical contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BAS Sales Engineer, Project Manager, Estimator, or even an Operations Specialist who has an interest in sales. Recent grads with a BSME and knowledge of mechanical equipment or commercial controls/equipment solutions are also welcome to apply!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree or equivalent applicable work experience required. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering desired.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience selling Integrated Building Automation Systems desired, but related controls/equipment sales experience will be considered.
  • Formal strategic selling or other type of professional sales training desired.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and close commercial HVAC/Building Automation projects with consultants, specifying engineers, general contractors, and mechanical contractors.
  • Meet directly with customers to establish needs and drive the overall sales process.
  • Work with Operations personnel to execute growth, development, sales and marketing of all building automation solutions offered by company.
  • Create market awareness for company through networking, cold calling, presentations, and attendance at local trade association meetings.
  • Craft and submit professional written proposals/bids within established deadlines.
