The Role The purpose of this role is to drive sustainable sales growth and strengthen the company’s market presence in Singapore and Philippines by developing high-performing distribution networks, expanding key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Engineer will act as the company’s commercial representative in the assigned territories, ensuring profitable growth, market penetration, and long-term strategic positioning of the brand. Accountabilities * Client Type: Distributors, OEM and End Users * Industry Expertise: Multiple industries with an emphasis on Oil & Gas, Material Handling & Logistic, Packaging, Textile, Ceramic * Sales Cycle: Long-term Strategic Partnerships * Revenue Impact: Directly contributes to top-line revenue and business growth * Team Collaboration: Works closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations and Customer Service) to align strategies. * Decision-Making: Influence on pricing, contract terms, and strategic decisions * Market Focus: Singapore and Philippines   What Are We Looking For * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field * 3 to 5 years of sales experience in in managing distributors in industrial markets * Experience in power transmission belts, conveyor belts, bearings, pulleys, gears, or similar mechanical components is a strong advantage * Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to provide tailored commercial solutions * Proven ability to identify and qualify leads, conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging with key internal and external stakeholders and decision-makers * Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage pricing and contract terms while maintaining profitable margins * Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) to track and manage sales activities, accounts, and reporting * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple markets and prioritize effectively * Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time * Positive, proactive, and sales-driven attitude with a strong results-oriented mindset   AMMEGA values diversity and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment.
